The Mission of Christ Will Continue | Acts 1:1-11 | Pastor Josh Wootton

In Acts 1:1–11, we see the foundation of the church laid through the life, death, resurrection, teaching, and ascension of Jesus Christ. Before ascending to the Father, Jesus commissioned His apostles, promised the power of the Holy Spirit, and shared the mission that would define His church until His return.

This sermon explores how Christ established His church, empowered it through the Holy Spirit, and called believers to be His witnesses to the ends of the earth. As we await the return of our risen King, we are reminded that our labor in the Lord is not in vain and that the mission He has given us remains unchanged.
